Spicy Sriracha Coleslaw

1 head fresh cabbage, shredded
1/4 red onion, finely diced
1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or rice vinegar)
3-4 tablespoons honey
2-3 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
1-2 tablespoon spicy mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, adjusting amounts depending on amount of cabbage and desired taste. Tastes better after a day in the fridge. Stir well before serving.

Try it on a chicken sandwich!
